Q: Where are you located?
A: We are based in Albany, NY. At this time, all detailing services are performed at our location. When you book, we’ll provide you with the drop-off details for your scheduled appointment.
Q: Do you offer mobile detailing?
A: Not yet—but we plan to! Mobile detailing service (where we come to you) is in the works and will be available soon. Stay tuned for updates.

Services & Packages
Q: What packages do you offer?
A: We currently provide three main interior detailing packages:
Basic Package – Interior vacuum, wipe all surfaces, spot steam clean, and detail floor mats & trunk.
Classic Interior – Includes everything in Basic plus more focused stain treatment and interior care.
Full Works – Our most thorough detail with deep shampoo, steam sanitization, and complete interior refresh.
Q: Do you clean exteriors as well?
A: At this stage, we specialize in interior detailing. Exterior services may be added in the future.
Q: How long does a detail take?
A: Time depends on package and condition of the vehicle:
Basic: 1.5 – 2 hours
Classic: 2 – 3 hours
Full Works: 3 – 5 hours

Pricing & Payments
Q: How much does it cost?
A: Pricing depends on the package and vehicle size. Please check our booking page for full details.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept cash and mobile payments (Apple Pay, etc.).
Vehicle Preparation
Q: Do I need to clean my car before the appointment?
A: We ask that all personal items and valuables be removed from your vehicle before your appointment. If you prefer not to remove them yourself, a $15 item removal fee will be applied. Any belongings left inside will be set aside, and REDEFINE AUTO DETAILING, LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or missing items.
Q: Can you remove tough stains and odors?
A: Yes. Our process targets stains and odors using steam cleaning and shampooing. However, heavy or set-in issues may need multiple treatments.
Policies
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Service Disclaimer
At REDEFINE AUTO DETAILING, LLC, we strive to deliver the best results possible. To ensure transparency and protect both our customers and our business, please review the following policies:
Personal Items – All personal belongings and valuables must be removed prior to your appointment. If you do not wish to remove them, a $15 removal fee will be applied. We are not responsible for any items left behind, lost, or missing.
Vehicle Condition Documentation – Before beginning any service, we take photos and/or videos of your vehicle to document its condition, including any existing scratches, dents, or damage. This record protects both you and us.
Service Timing – Timeframes provided for services are estimates only. The actual duration may vary depending on the condition and size of the vehicle. Completion within a set time is not guaranteed.
Results – While we use professional methods and products, some stains, odors, and damage may not be fully removable. Results will vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.
Weather Policy – Because we currently work outdoors, weather conditions may affect our ability to provide service. If weather prevents your appointment, you will be notified promptly and rescheduled as soon as possible.
